    Post "Swaztika" wheel value?

I have an opportunity to buy a set of 15" 280ZX Turbo swaztika wheels that are in fair shape and there's no curb rash on them. I haven't seen them yet but they probably only need polishing up a bit to make them look nice. The set will include lug nuts and caps.

My question is, what do you guys (and gals) think there are worth? They are located close to me so there isn't an issue with shipping.

Thanks for whatever advice you may have.

Thumbs up I say grab 'em

    G-Rob,

    I say snatch em up!

I'm a big fan of these wheels myself. I've seen them with a nice poliching job a they are sharp!

As far as pricing them I don't have a lot of experience with them but I would think about 200-250 would be fair if they are indeed in good shape with no bends knicks gouges or rash. I figure for a stock wheel about $50-$75 a wheel is about right. Even on the zx's I don't see a lot of these wheels around in SC, so I say pick them up!

    My two cents

    Default

I had some in very good shape with lugs and caps for about a year. Finally sold them for $150 plus shipping.

    Default I sold a set

In excellent shape, probably 8.5-9 out of 10 center caps were a 10 for 200. No curb rash, polished.

    Thumbs down Saw 'em

I went to check the wheels out last night. On a scale 1-10 they're a 9 in the structural catagory and a 3 in the appearance catagory.
They have a couple of nicks in them and would require days of cleanup to make them usable. They're definately NOT worth the $300 USD he wanted for them!

It's too bad because I really need to get tires onto wheels that can be balanced.

    Thanks for all your help,

    Rob
