I'll look around my garage if I can remember. I might have one or two floating around.
Hi Everyone,
I've got a 1978 280z that I'm in the process of restoring - unfortunately, when I got it back from my paint and body guy, I found that he'd neglected to put back on the clip that screws in with the arm rest in order to attach the chrome finisher (see the pic below).
I've tried to locate one online, but have had no luck. Does anyone know what this part is called and where I can find one?
Thanks in advance!

I just bought the chrome finishing piece from MSA last year: $28 for one! But I've been looking for one since I redid the interior years ago and the original got conveniently lost and then found but crushed begind the workbench. Do they have the piece you are looking for? Might be $$
Late 260Z; 2005 Daytona Blue paint; Triple Webers 40DCOE; competition springs w/Tokico HP shocks; Koenig 17x7 Crosshairs w/ Yokohama AVS 215/45 WR 17; Original owner; Show car w/ many awards
Those things always seem worn out. I wonder if it would be possible to make some sort of replacement from aluminum or springy steel.

Our replacement chrome cover is made tighter than original one since armrest-side gets skinnier over time. So we desigend it so that it fits tight enough without that clip.
I looked at the MSA site, and saw that they do have the chrome finishers, but didn't see any of the plastic clips... I wish I could charge my body guy for losing that thing - I had no idea it would be so hard to track one down! : (
