The mag wheels are not rare. The center cap itself is not rare but the "D" decal is something I haven't seen before. So you might have a rare decal.
I recently acquired these slotted mags wheels for my '72 240. I have never seen center caps like this with the D on them. Part number is 40343-W5710. Does anyone out there know about these? I love them and am thinking they are very rare.

The part number is actually a Nissan part number for the "ornament assembly" but unfortunately it is no longer available.

If I remember correctly those are the same caps that were on the silver Comm. Edition 240z that was on Ebay. BTW, what size are the rims you have there? 14x6? Were they already polished up when you got them?
