Got the same cold air intake arrangement (sorry, cut off the front end in the pic!), works well down here in the hot southwest!! Looks great, Rick!
Saved the best pic for last! Good looking crew!!
Maybe from the Batman movie that came later?
I am with you, Dennis, waiting for a good answer on this thread! :)
Arne, do you get the feeling you have been missed? Great hearing from you!!
Hey, John/Blue, why don't you get out of the damp NW and come down to AZ and visit the Desert Datsuns group, would love to meet you and share info/stories and adventures!
Congrats! Hope to see same results once I swap wheels!
Body paint, painted by professional (Sakura Garage in Tempe, AZ). Has been very durable and minor spills easy to wipe up. Removed engine and drivetrain last year, had it done then.
Thanks, like to accentuate the bling with the black background!! :classic:
Black works for me.
Yes, it does shimmy, but can't pinpoint whether the cause is front end or rear end issues. Replaced the tires with slightly different size, same wheels, still vibrates. Will try replacing...
I have vibration issues that occur at 75 and above, have checked wheels, tires, suspension and drivetrain, still no solution. Have not looked at steering rack or diff yet. Still want to swap out...
Some are rubber tipped, some are metal tipped.
Got rid of my pinging with a recurved distributor.
I can attest that the quality is top notch! Randalla has put much time and effort into producing quality tail lamp bars!
Good stuff, Blue!
Jeff, would like to see what you have done, any pics?
Lawn mower shop is where I got my cable, works great!! Got the link on end at auto parts store.
Already sold!
I know that there have been prior discussions about this, but don't most people use the 23 mm from the edge (or under the lid) for both carbs? What does Ztherapy do? (Bruce, Bruce ...)
I could not open attachment either, but looking at the pic in post #13, I can see "block" on the side of the float bowl that Jim is alluding to. Will make the alignment much easier and no more marks...
Congrats, Julio, 34 years for me this Sunday!
Thanks, Mike.
Mike, how do you evaluate platability? If there are chrome flecks or peeling, is that a no go? Would like to do my heater panel in chrome, but not sure the quality is good enough. Thanks!
